Bronwyn Rasmussen
Chair

Bronwyn is a consultant in the agricultural industry with more than 15 years’ experience working in the Australian and New Zealand sheep Breeding industries.  She specialises in genetics focused research and development project management and holds a PhD (UNE) in quantitative genetics.  Bronwyn is also proud mum to Sophie, Sami and Josh and wife of the late Geoff Rasmussen.

Harrison Moore
Director

Harrison is a Partner at Azure Capital and has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings, in particular across the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science (Genetics) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) from the University of Western Australia, is a Chartered Accountant, and has a Master of Applied Finance.

David Gray
Director

David is a mergers and acquisitions partner at Herbert Smith Freehills. He has over 25 years of experience advising on takeovers, equity capital markets, and corporate restructures, with deep expertise in private equity transactions, particularly in the resources sector. Prior to relocating to Perth, David practised as a lawyer in Melbourne, London and New York.

Chris Holman
Committee Member

Chris is a Director at Azure Capital with over 18 years of experience in corporate advisory, specialising in M&A and capital raisings across the natural resources, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. He previously worked in Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young and has held leadership roles in strategy and risk management. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

Michael Zurzolo
Committee Member

Michael is the Financial Controller at Azure Capital, having joined the firm in 2013. He has experience across Accounting & Finance, Equity Capital Markets, and operations, M&A support, and Compliance. Prior to Azure, he worked in BDO Perth’s Private Clients division and completed a secondment in Internal Audit. Michael is a Chartered Accountant, RG146 compliant, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) from Curtin University, graduating with Distinction and as a member of the Vice-Chancellors list.

Sami Rasmussen
Committee Member

Sami is a recent graduate from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours), majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, and Finance. Part of her role as committee member of the Geoff Rasmussen Scholarship Fund is supporting alumni relations and social media engagement.
